There I was, driving eastbound on Valhallavägen, in central Stockholm in heavy rush hour this morning. Imagine my surprise when I noticed two construction workers had closed off one lane to do what appeared to be less important work, to say the least. There they were, in the middle of the road, creating havoc. Doing this at mid-day, evening og perhaps even during the weekend was obviously no option.
